Visiting the Center

The History Program‘s Center for Public History is located in Ingram Library at the University of West Georgia. Our space is on the ground floor of the library in Room 12 of the Special Collections suite. The suite door is accessible by taking the stairs down to the Murphy Room or by using the elevator to the Ground Floor. The suite door is located in the elevator corridor underneath the marble stairs to the Murphy Room and is often locked. Visitors should call the Center at 678-839-6141 for access to the suite door.

The university has several dedicated Visitor Parking spaces at no cost to the visitor; however, visitors should call Parking Services at 678-839-6629 to register their car to avoid a parking citation.
